Kristen joined the Society as the Manager of Adanac Park Lodge in July 2013. She has a diverse background in healthcare that includes roles in community and public health services.

Kristen is a Registered Social Worker with a BSW and MSW.

Sital Dhillon-Randhawa

Director of Care – Little Mountain Place

Sital has joined Little Mountain Place as Director of Care since October 2015. Sital has over 20 years of experience in various areas of nursing in Providence Health Care. She started her career as a surgical nurse at St. Vincent Hospital and then moved into critical care and emergency nursing. Since 2002, she has been in clinical nurse leader positions both in St. Vincent and Mount St. Joseph hospitals. Over the last 4 years, Sital has worked as an interim operations leader in geriatric medicine, geriatric psychiatry and rehabilitation medicine at Mount St. Joseph and Holy Family hospitals.

Sital has also been training continuously with a focus on geriatrics and approaches to dementia care.
Through those enriching positions, Sital has acquired extensive experience in operational leadership.

Lydia Yam

Manager, Support Services – Little Mountain Place and Adanac Park Lodge

Lydia is one of the pioneer managers who opened Little Mountain Place and supported the residents from Queen Elizabeth Hall – CNIB with their move to the new home. She has evolved in the health care field for over 40 years working with visually impaired seniors, in dementia and psychogeriatric care, and with residents of different ethnic backgrounds. Lydia holds a Bachelors of Arts (in Home Economics) from UBC and is an active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management.

She took over Nutrition Services at APL when it opened in 2000, and since 2014, has taken over the rest of the Support Services Department (Housekeeping, Laundry, Janitorial and Nutrition) at both LMP and APL.

Douglas Cheng

Manager, Business Services – Little Mountain Place, Little Mountain Court and Adanac Park Lodge

Doug has joined the organization in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in financial management and 8 years directly in the non-profit sector. He is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).

With a hands-on approach and an open-door policy, Doug is willing to tackle any issue ranging from finance to IT administration.
