Little Mountain Residential Care & Housing Society is a community based registered non-profit society and a registered charitable organization. Any donations received are greatly appreciated and eligible for an income tax receipt.

Membership offers the opportunity to become more involved and aware of the activities and direction of the Society, receive news of events and achievements and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Through membership, you have an opportunity to have a voice in our future direction and we sincerely value your input. Members are also welcome to put their name forth for election to our Board of Directors. If elected, you have an opportunity to make a real impact on the overall philosophy and management of the Society, or you may wish to become involved in some other volunteer work with our Society.

Our membership year runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. We have established three categories of membership (gold, silver and bronze) to recognize the varying level of support our members show. Membership dues are nominal. Members' names are published in annual reports to recognize individual commitment to the Society.

Would you like to experience working with older adults in an intermediate care facility? Come share your time, energy and enthusiasm with us and we will share our hearts with you.

The residents and staff of the Society welcome volunteers to assist with and participate in activities, which enhance the quality of life for our residents. Short and long term opportunities are available for activities such as:
